Q: Are your cards authentic?
A: Yes. Every raw card is thoroughly inspected for authenticity. Graded cards are certified by leading third-party grading companies like PSA, BGS, and CGC.

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: All sales are final. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item is on the way.

Q: Do you grade cards or sell grading services?
A: We do not currently offer card grading services, but we sell cards that are already graded by trusted companies.

Q: Can I request additional photos or information before purchasing?
A: Absolutely! Feel free to contact us with any questions or to request additional product images—we’re happy to help.
Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of collectibles and trading cards, Olympus Collectibles does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Every item is listed with accurate descriptions and photographs to ensure full transparency.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll work with the carrier and provide assistance where possible.
